Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Gujarat 1–2 days, West India 2–4 days, metros 3–5 days, rest of India 4–7 days; North East and J&K 6–10 days.
Is shipping free?
Retail orders of ₹499 and above ship free. Below that a flat zone fee applies (₹40–₹120).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, for retail orders up to ₹5,000 to serviceable PIN codes. A ₹40 COD fee applies.
Wholesale
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU and the minimum order value is ₹10,000.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in your business profile and your invoices will carry it for input tax credit.
Quality
Are your spices tested?
Every batch is tested at NABL-accredited labs before release. The batch number is printed on every pack.
What is your shelf-life guarantee?
We only ship packs with enough shelf life left — at least 30% of total shelf life or 45 days, whichever is more.
